This Privacy Policy explains how Junk Removal Job Manager ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our software-as-a-service application and websites (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy.
Account information: when you create a company account we collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, business address, and password (stored in hashed form by our authentication provider).
Business data you enter: leads, customers, estimates, jobs, invoices, payments, dump fees, reviews, photos, and related notes. This may include personal information about your own customers and staff, which you control.
Billing information: when you subscribe, payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers; we retain only a Stripe customer identifier, plan, and subscription status.
Usage and device data: log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages accessed, used to operate and secure the Service.
We use information to provide and maintain the Service; authenticate users; process subscriptions and payments; send transactional email (such as receipts, trial reminders, and password resets); provide support; monitor and improve performance and security; and comply with legal obligations.
Where applicable law requires, we process personal data on the bases of performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating the Service, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service, under agreements that protect the data: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery), Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (email delivery). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
When you enter information about your customers or staff, you are the controller of that data and we act as your processor. You are responsible for providing any required notices and obtaining any required consents from those individuals. We process such data only to provide the Service to you and per your instructions.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account closure we may retain data for a reasonable period for backups, legal, and accounting purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You can request export or deletion as described below.
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, row-level security in our database, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service uses only cookies and local storage strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We operate in the United States and process data there. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to processing in the U.S., which may have different data-protection laws than your country.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and the "Last updated" date will be revised.
